Return Policy
Our return policy has changed.
As of January 1, 2025 we do not accept returns. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind and made to order.
We do not refund or replace an item if it is not cared for correctly and may be damaged due to incorrect cleaning or care.
We do not accept order cancellations once products have begun fulfillment, that is as soon as the order goes through.
Please ask all questions before purchasing if you have a question about sizing or a specific item.
If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us. We currently have a 7-14 business day turnaround time. Many items are handmade in Buffalo, NY.
Shipping and lost packages
Once we ship your item and it has been picked up from the carrier, the item is out of our hands. If you have a problem with shipping and delivery, you must call the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
