Return Policy

We do not accept returns. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind.

Exchanges can be made for size only. You must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to process an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, and get you the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We do not refund or replace an item if it is not cared for correctly and may be damaged due to incorrect cleaning. 

Non-returnable items include custom made orders, Buffalo zubaz items, swimwear, jewelry and shoes.

We do not accept order cancellations once products have begun fulfillment, that is as soon as the order goes through. 

Please ask all questions before purchasing if you have a question about sizing or a specific item. 

If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us. We currently have a 7-14 business day turnaround time. Many items are handmade in Buffalo, NY.

Shipping and lost packages 

Once we ship your item and it has been picked up from the carrier, the item is out of our hands. If you have a problem with shipping and delivery, you must call the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
